Grilled Pineapple Spears
1-fresh ripe pineapple, pealed and cut into long spears
If you are using the 151 rum, I like to add the grilled Pineapple spears. Take fresh Pineapple, peal, and cut into 1/2 or 1/4 inch long spears. Coat with the pan sauce of the brown sugar and butter and grill on all sides until caramelized.
